Main Street Management was established 25+ years ago by Brad Mills, broker/owner, a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience in real estate management & sales. We currently manage over 200+ units in the Bay Area but primarily in Napa & Solano Counties.

Professional Management Service: 4%-8% of the rent depending on the size and location of property. Service includes: advertising vacancy, showing unit, screening potential applicants, execute lease, supervise all maintenance, 24 hour emergency service, serve all notices, monthly statements to owners & direct depositing owner’s funds.

Professional Leasing: 50% of first months rent to advertise vacancy, screen all applicants, and execute the lease. Owner to be given final approval before any applicant is approved.
